I used http://www.meta-chart.com because my Excel would not accept your data

Ok, I was trying to use Excel and couldn't get it to work....maybe that's why...Is there anything on that site that would show me how to do it?? I thought an X&Y axis was required to make this...I didn't know how to come up with them.
