well I've states a couple of rules for you so far
in a parallelogram:
- the opposite sides are equal to each other (congruent)
- the opposite angles are equal to each other

so that rules out two of the options
then... if one pair of sides are equal and parallel then that makes the same effect as having both opposite sides equal
