A small set of health questions I need help with.
1: Which eating disorder does NOT have the purging or excessive exercise behaviors? Answer anorexia nervosa binge eating bulimia All of the above
2: Physical symptoms of an eating disorder may include: Answer amenorrhea in both males and females. high blood pressure and Type II Diabetes. Lanugo disappears from skin. electrolyte balance is achieved.
Question3 Simply cutting back on carbohydrates, protein, and fat in the diet always results in weight loss. True or False? Question 4 Even a moderate activity level can increase energy output by 30%. True or False?
1. That's Binge Eating, I think. Bulimia is where you eat a lot of food, only to make yourself throw up after eating. Anorexia Nervosa is when you eat minimally or not at all.
2. Not sure. I suggest looking up "Amenorrhea", "Lanugo", and "Electrolyte Balance" before making a decision. High-blood pressure and Type II Diabetes should also be looked up.
3. False--weight loss is often different for everyone, and cutting back on nutrients doesn't help your body. If I remember correctly, cutting back makes the body latch onto whatever fat you already have/are still consuming, making your body worse.
4. Not sure, but a good balance of activities over time will increase energy output.
1. defers binge and bulimia nervosa and i suppose anorexia is close too so all of them.
2. Physical symptoms may include: Underweight, even emaciated appearance with protruding bones or a sunken appearance to the face. Fatigue. Dizziness or fainting. Brittle nails. Hair that thins, breaks or falls out. Menstrual irregularities or loss of menstruation (amenorrhea)
3. Well thats just controversial. Maybe yes, maybe no.
4. I dunno the exact percentage but 30mins minimum of exercise per day is great.
one thing on question 3 it is true but your body needs protein to survive you may lose weight but not in a healthy way
