The figure below shows two similar pictures that Gina wants to frame: Two similar rectangles, one larger than the other. The width of the larger one is 32.5 inches. The length is not shown. The length of the smaller one is 15 inches and the width is 13 inches. Gina has 2 strips of unfinished molding that she wants to use to frame the two pictures. Each strip is 36 inches long. Assuming there is no wastage or overlap of molding, what is the minimum length of molding Gina still requires to frame both the pictures? Show your work and explain your reasoning in complete sentences.
