Well the easiest way is to factor the quadratic

You actually just have to see that it crosses the y-axis at 3 so you know it's gonna be B or c then you see that it crosses the x-axis at 2 negative values (the quadratic) and you'll see that if you factor it then you'll have it be in the form of (x+root1)(x+root2) where it would cross the x-axis at x=-root1 x=-root2 so it's B
