Which parts of the Sample Grassland Plot #5 are showing indicators of ecological success? This is for my biology homework and I'm stuck between woodland or nonnative invasive plants.I'm not sure which is ecological succession. Plots are just are big areas of certain plants. Theres plot 1 2 3 4 5. https://s.yimg.com/hd/answers/i/fb1846c8e8d34f65a4f8a21c8e1f5e25_A.jpeg?a=answers&mr=0&x=1404789755&s=6ecd97f7300f6b3f241f5e3afd898f32

We'll start by looking at the definition of ecological success: Ecological succession is the observed process of change in the species structure of an ecological community over time. The community begins with relatively few pioneering plants and animals and develops through increasing complexity until it becomes stable or self-perpetuating as a climax community.

Then wouldn't it be woodland habitat since it had 0 for plot 1 to 4 and 13 for plot 5?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Yes, I believe so.

Okay thank you! Was just making sure. :)
