Find the percent of change in altitude if a weather balloon moves from 50 ft to 95 ft. Describe the percent of change as an increase or decrease. Round to the nearest tenth if necessary.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If the balloon moves up, that is an increase. As 95 - 50 =45 , then there is a 45 / 100 = 45% increase in the altitude.

lol this is so wrongXD

the real answer is 90%;increase. because 95-50 is 45 and that is 90% of 50 which is a 90%increase and its going up in altitude so its increasing
