yes it is if you look at the first part of the diagram its saying, well as i see it when i look at it what is the affect of what happens when interest rates drop. plane n simple, now the whole diagram is basically giving you the answers as a choice you just need to fill the blanks

now if you read the web page even a part of it it will tell you how lower and higher interest rates affect the banks/ society/ etc. basically it affect a lot of stuff but your diagram is telling you specifically what it want you to tell that they affect
