Try to understand and learn why an answer is correct and please clarify if by all cells you are speaking if every living cell in the world or in humans or plants etc, I can help you understand the correct answer and why it is correct.

The answer is false. Although many organisms (e.g. plants, bacteria, fungi) do have cell walls, animal cells do not - they only have a plasma membrane.
