A transformer is a device that has a primary and secondary coil and is used to change the voltage of electric current. True False

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

I lie. The north and geographic north poles are close to each other.

Well these are the options for the first question i asked which one is it ? in the same location close to each other but in different locations very far apart both located with compasses

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

It's kinda strange how it works. 2nd question, not sure. And yes, a transformer can be used to change the voltage. It has to do with the number of coils in the transformer. I forget the actual relationship atm.

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

Yes, close to each other, but in different locations.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do u know anyone here who could help me with the 2nd question ?

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

I'm not sure, sorry.
