thanks for the comment on name. It's from a sanrio character (dog). What I don't know is I know about the website just not sure how to answer it. Cause I see lots of different topics just can't find one about how it feeds their families.

it basically says about gender equality so women in phillipines have a chance at getting jobs, and services. In which helps them in livelihood and helping family and members.

a)The goals of the project are
• to create laws, programs and services that will support women in small businesses (obtain higher paying jobs, start small business).
• To provide support such as shelter, educational assistance, emergency assistance for displaced people, emergency health assistance, livelihood assistance, protection services for women and girls, etc to typhoon Haiyan affected people
• To improve the investment climate for sustainable economic growth in the Philippines.
• To promote sustainable peace and development in Muslim Mindanao.

b)Canada making a major contribution in the field of women's economic empowerment. With Canada's partnership with PCW, Filipino woman have placed a lot of policies and programs that are more supportive of women, helped government departments take women and their needs into account, push legislation such laws that address violence against women (anti rape law(1997), anti trafficking law(2003), and domestic violence act(2004)). The GREAT Women project as an extension of the original partnership between Canada and PCW provides support for women with starting their own business and obtain higher paying jobs. Through these projects women have been able to work and support their families.
