I am not sure how to write this one out?

OpenStudy (phi):

are the numbers with the line in the graph bigger than -1 or less than -1?

OpenStudy (phi):

Do you know that -2 is smaller than -1 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x <-5@phi

OpenStudy (phi):

where is the little circle ?

OpenStudy (phi):

do you see the little circle, with the black arrow coming out of it? what number is the little circle sitting on?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry I keep falling off

OpenStudy (phi):

and the black arrow is pointing to smaller numbers than -1 that is how you know that the graph is showing numbers less than -1 or, if we use "x" to mean numbers x less than -1 or, if we use < to stand for less than x < -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

got you I went the wrong direction

OpenStudy (phi):

you wrote " x < - 5" that is the correct direction, but the wrong number. It should be -1 not -5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeap ty :)
