A, in "an hour" not a hour C. "a university" student, not an university .... D, it was "an honorable" thing to do. not a honorable ... Why? "Hour" and "Honorable" are pronounced as "ah..." sounds like a vowel "University" is pronounced as "Yu....." sounds like a consonant" So, we use an article depending on their accepted pronunciations!
So, only B would be the correct one!
