The Declaration of Independence reflected the idea of popular sovereignty because it was a collective act of representatives from all the colonies listed specific grievances and complaints against colonial rule named life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness as granted to all said a new government must form due to the king's actions

Which do you think?

I think is the first one

I'm actually not 100% sure on this. It could be a couple options because it had been the full emancipation from Great Britain's power. They had kept communication (supplies and settlers). But, it was also for everyone to be mainly happy with their own life and liberty. I don't fully believe a structured government had been set into place during the late 1700s. It wasn't fully complaints, those didn't truly happen until later on. So I think it's A based on the stuff I had already said.
