First figure out how much each factory can make each day

OpenStudy (igreen):

Factory #1 100,000 hubcaps in 15 days Factory #2 100,000 hubcaps in 15 days Factory #3 130,000 hubcaps in 15 days 15 days for all three factories: 330,000 hubcaps 30 days for all three factories: 660,000 hubcaps 45 days for all three factories: 990,000 hubcaps So it's gonna be a little over 45, which would be 46. So your answer is D!
