If AB = 6.5, CD = 8, and FE = 22.5, calculate the perimeter of triangle AEC. https://content.dodea.edu/vs/hs/summer/aventa2/Geometry/GEOMx-HS-A09/b/assessments/C-CirclesExam/Geometry_7_Exam_26q2.gif
P = a + b + c P = 6.5 + 8 + 22.5 P = 37
I think that's the answer ^
Right , but that's not the perimeter of the entire triangle. Just that of the sides given.
I knew it .-. @YanaSidlinskiy help.
There @Sheraz12345
I need all of the help I can get, as fast as possible. It's a timed assignment.
@GrayStar
OH wait, we can't help with a timed assignment? it's against the code of conduct, tony.
How Long does it take?
:0 Really? I've only got about 30 minutes left.
I guess. Since you probably didn't know..Or probably you just wanted us to help we'll help you. Someone has a nice start over here though. Before we do it.. \(\Huge\bf \color{yellow}{Welcome~to~OpenStudy!!}\hspace{-310pt}\color{cyan}{Welcome~to~OpenStudy!!}\hspace{-307.1pt}\color{midnightblue}{Welcome~to~\color{purple}{Open}}\color{blue}{Study!!!!}\)
Thanks for the welcome. :) I'd appreciate it if you could still help me though, I'm not looking for an answer, just the know-how.
Give me a sec. It's going to take me some time to figure it out.
Ok. Actually there's really nothing to do, to tell you the truth, Strawberry has provided you with an equation/formula. To figure this out all we need to do is add all the sides:D Just like Strawberry said.
But how? I don't have the length of the rest of the sides. Would it be a safe guess to just double 37 and leave that as my answer?
safe-ish
It would help to draw it out. |dw:1404995868753:dw| They actually do give it to you. If you draw it out.
