Emi is making a circular garden and needs to know how much edging material she needs to go around it. If the diameter of the garden is 49 feet, what is its circumference? Use for 3.14 for pi.

It's 153 ft right?
c = 2 * 3.14 * r So we need the radius. We know the radius is 1/2 the diameter. So 49 feet/2 = 24.5 Therefore, we have 2 * 3.14 * 24.5 Which will equal 153.86, and if we round it, 153.9 Now, if we want the nearest whole number, it'll be 154.
