Has anyone read Hg Wells book war of the worlds ? i need help with writing the authors message for chapter 4. i first wrote that Hg Wells theme was that aliens were soon going to take over the world but my teacher said that is not a life lesson and a theme should be a life lesson? HELP PLEASE ANYONE !!!

Of course. Your teacher is correct. The message that aliens will soon take over the planet was not H.G. Well's intended theme at all. It was the topic of the book, but the theme really was about humanity and whether or not we were deserving to survive as a species or not.
