Volume for cone is \(V=Ah\) since they are similar you will have \(V=16A\) for cone A and cone B, \(V=4A\) calculate for the ratio, you'll have \(\frac{A}{B}=\frac{16}{4}=4:1\)

@IMStuck Look over this one first.

OpenStudy (imstuck):

Ok the similarity ratio here from the slants is 16/4. Or 4/1. That is the similarity ratio. From this you can now find the volume by cubing both numbers. 64:1. If you wanted to find the ratio of the areas, you would square the 4 annd the 1 to get 16:1. But for the volume here you want 64:1

OpenStudy (imstuck):

The first one. Finding first the similarity ratios is a great help in many ways.
