For the first one I say alliteration

For the second one, I would say either alliteration or rhyme. Personally, I'm leaning towards alliteration

since it's not exactly rhyming. The sentence can be a bit of a tongue twister, but since so short and started out with the 'b's in the middle of the word, not in the beginning like most tongue twisters it makes me a bit hesitant. Either way, alliteration is your best choice.
