Yes. The dates and times are administered by the Ambassador Team Staff.

It is more like activity based.  If a person has been on for months and months, but only answers a question a week, they are not a good candidate.  Where as someone that has been on less time but answers several things a week or even a couple a day, and does so with proper answers, is a far better candidate.
