Always remember the 10% rule, if 10,000 J of energy is emitted by the sun.. 1,000 is absorbed by plants(primary producers) and then 10% of that is taken by primary consumers, i.e 100 J. Secondary consumers would take 10% of that, or 10J. Total loss would be 100% -> 10%(plants) -> 1%(Primary consumers) -> 0.1%(secondary consumers) So its most likely D.
