Calculate the surface area of this triangular prism. A right triangular prism is shown. The right triangular face has base of twelve meters, height of nine meters, and hypotenuse of fifteen meters. The height of the prism is ten meters. two hundred fifty-five square meters three hundred sixty square meters four hundred sixty-eight square meters four hundred ninety-five square meters
First let find the area of the two rectangles. 12(10)=? and 15(10)=? then since the height is 10 the back rectangle will be 10(9) and since it show the last side length of the triangle on bottom the triangle will be 1/2(9*12) but since there are 2 you will just ignore the 1/2 and it will be 9*12 then add them all together and you get the surface area
Thank you so much @Venny !!!
