Well, you know there's a whole ton of imagery in this. There's also alliteration 'stand straight' and assonance, like 'straight and faith'. There's also symbolism, so 'worshiping at one pew' would show equality and the like. There's personification, like 'money talks'

Finally, the mood is hopeful and optimistic.
