How do I unblock someone?

There are a few ways to do this.

i. Find the person in a post, hover over their icon or username. Their SmartScore card shoudl appear. There, you'll find an "unblock button." You must hover your mouse over their SmartScore card, which is where you'll find the "unblock" button. [This button will only appear if you have them blocked[

ia. You must navigate to their SmartScore card to unblock them in all cases.
ii. Navigate to it by either: tagging them, finding an old message, question, or find them in the chatbox.

what if you deleted all there messages and and you cant find them anywhere not even post? i need to unblock him please someone help i will metal!!!!!!
