What is the slope of the line that passes through the points (1, 3) and (5, –2)? A. 5/4 B. -4/5 C. -5/4 D. 4/5 @Dscdago

You can use this equation to find slope. \[m=\frac{ y _{2}-y_{1} }{ x_{2}-x_{1} }\] So for the y's it's -2-3=-5 For the x's it's 5-1=4. The slope is -5/4

use this.. use it.. m=slope=\[slope=\frac{ (y2-y1) }{ (x2-x1) }\]
