that's wrong. a closed circle indicates less than or equal to/greater than or equal to. it's B.

the third graph has a closed circle. the problem is d less than 2. you only use a closed circle when you're graphing something that's greater than/less than or equal to. this problem is only less than so it's an open circle. B is correct, C is incorrect.
