Deshawn, I can tell you how you know its equal. You know what they say, give a man a fish, he has one dinner, teach a man how to fish and he eats his whole life. Anyway first thing you want to do is look at the angle. If you see an arc then a straight line going through it. That means it is equal to an angle resembled by the same symbol. Also, if the angles are made up of two lines which form a x figure, then any two angles which don't touch, are equal. I hope I helped you!
