The answer to that would be D. Please read the explanation... First thing you do is you notice that that is a property I forgot most of that property but I do remember that it consisted of the fact that the two perpendicular arms are equal. So we know that the first answer choice is out of the line. The next two answer choices focus on radii and we all know that ever radius is equal to the second radius. Which leaves us with the last answer choice, d comparing a radius with a perpendicular line. Which is most likely never true. I hope I helped :D
