OpenStudy (shaniehh):

I'm writing a story can someone describe a dead boy in the third person

OpenStudy (shaniehh):

a body lying in a white carpet and blood on her wrist

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The dead boy's veins run cold. No one could sense a pulse. Blood splatters from wall to wall.

OpenStudy (larseighner):

I'm sure someone can, although it seems to me I have read a few stories in which the first-person narrator turns out to be dead. That really is not playing fair with the reader if it comes as surprised. Put the implausible premise in the beginning: the story is written by a dead boy.
