x= 115.5 137 180 https://media.glynlyon.com/g_geo_2012/7/group129.gif

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is 94??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in the graph

OpenStudy (mven):

an arc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

94 arc length or what ??

OpenStudy (mven):

yeah 94 is the length of the arc

OpenStudy (mven):

so how would you do it then?

OpenStudy (mven):

@IMStuck

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK these choices would make it easier ( i won't solve it just will look fr each choice). |dw:1405215218964:dw| the formula for arc length is \[s = \theta r\] theta is the central angle 137 can't be the answer because the central angle can't be equal any angle from the 2 ends of a specific arc.(central angle is unique) 180 can't be also; because it isn't a half circle as you can see in the graph(look at my attached pic). and from the pic you conclude that the angle is bigger than 94(see attached). Thus the answer is 115.5.

@MVen got me ??

OpenStudy (mven):

I honestly dont even remember this lol thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey man that took me a lot of work to notice that i can't solve and get length.It's an angle not length as you told me. blame :P

OpenStudy (mven):

haha its all good thats. i spent the lat 3 hours on one test and still got 50% on it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ACT exam or ...

OpenStudy (mven):

I failed the second half of geometry so im retaking it online

OpenStudy (mven):

I dont even remember learning anything that is online in school

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea it would make us better than these poor teachers at schools

OpenStudy (mven):

plus all it does is give you crappy notes you dont learn anything

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea. Do you knwo about STEM education?

OpenStudy (mven):

No what is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's a better schools google them.They would be better for your children :D

OpenStudy (mven):

lol ill take a look at it thanks
