During the early 1900s, Britain had a major influence in several countries in the Middle East, including A. Syria and Egypt. B. Spain and Greece. C. Yemen and Persia. D. Bahrain and Kuwait.
@Catseyeglint911 this one
so its not "A" or "C"
A
its either "B"or"D"
I'm pretty sure Britain colonized Egypt at least.
Well Spain and Greece aren't in the Middle East sooo...
Well I found information confirming British influence in Kuwait, but then again, it's not like that was of much help with the last two attempts. >_>
But since Spain and Greece are not even located in the Middle East as stated by @scapeplan I guess that would make Bahrain and Kuwait correct by default.
But why can't it be A?
We already tried A and the assignment said that it was incorrect,
Oh. Well definitely go with Bahrain and Kuwait.
I know right? I found tons of stuff between Britain with Syria and Egypt. I'm kind of confused on this one. Maybe the choices didn't fit the timeline?
Maybe Syria was under French control then? idk otherwise.
