MC)How did Radical Republicans in Congress work against President Johnson's Reconstruction plans? They voted to override his vetoes of their civil rights bills. They amended the Constitution to limit executive privilege. They blocked his nominations for military governor positions. They reduced the budget for programs to rebuild Southern states.

i think they voted to override his vetoes of their civil rights As hard as President Johnson tried to veto the reconstruction bills that Radical Republicans wanted to pass, since Republicans had majority in Congress, they could override his vetoes... basically making the rest of his presidency useless. Hope this helps! :)
