Let n equal 3a+2b-7. What happens to the value of n if the value of a increases by2 and the value of b increases by 1? a)it is unchanged b)it decreases by1 c)it increases by4 d)it increases by 4 e)it increases by 2

Well, what do you get with some real values? Say start with a=0, b=0, then do the changes and see. Then confirm the same sort of thing happens for a=1, b=1.
is it it increases by 4? that's what i believe

Well, with just 0 it is -7. "Let n equal 3a+2b-7. What happens to the value of n if the value of a increases by 2 and the value of b increases by 1?" 6+2-7= 1, that is an increse of 8, which is not an answer. Can you check the question?
