I also thought that, but srta. robles' personality is described as very shy and timid. so according to that, one would think that she would just not act in movies or tv at all.

I would say the answer is C. not enough information to decide. 

because she only told us how shy she was but didnt say anything about (for example) her talent in acting. maybe for a movie you need to be more talented and for a tv show you dont have to be as talented.
