So coterminal means that when drawn in standard format, meaning the initial and terminal side start at 0 degrees, and two angles that together share the terminal side are coterminal angles.

Here is an example of a positive angle starting from 0-Deg when the terminal and intial side start at 0 then the terminal side forms a positive angle when rotated upward.
