most of our cells are about the same size the reason for this is from the concept of surface area to volume relationship nutrients and other needs of the cell will be absorbed if there is a larger surface area so when it is too big in volume, but smaller in surface area, it will be inefficient in harnessing what it requires to survive keyword to learn are OSMOSIS and SURFACE AREA to VOLUME relationship
