how do you find the foci of a graph given an equation?

first reduce it to standard form (X^2)/64 + (Y^2)/36 =1 using x+3 =X and y-5=Y now find the lengths of the major and minor axis and the the eccentricity and then use the formula for the focii of standard hyperbola of the above form..
