I did a bit (very little mind you) of reading up on Auguste Rodin and couldn't seem to locate the answer for this! However, I believe Rodin was famous for his ability to sculpt the Torso. I have attached one of his works. 

He also seems to have a great many works on the heads of individuals, which from the look, seem quite impressive, but perhaps not as exemplary as his work on the torso, say, in "The Athlete". Also attached.
