A sequence is Arithmetic, when you have a common difference between the terms. so, Arithmetic sequence will have: 2nd term - 1st term = 3rd term -2nd term = 4th term -3rd term and so on....
so what you consider it would be because I have no clue on this problem. ?
i just gave you a clue! say i take –4, –2, 0, 2, … 1st term = -4 2nd term = -2 3rd term = 0 and so on so for this sequence, is this true ?? 2nd term - 1st term = 3rd term -2nd term = 4th term -3rd term and so on....
ohhhhhhh okay got it! thnkz so much!
welcome ^_^
In the arithmetic sequence, what number goes in the blank? 6, 11, 16, _____, 26, … A. 25 B. 20 C. 5 D. 21
1 more xD
could you find any pattern in that sequence ?? like if you add some number, you get the next number ?
+10 from16 will get to your 5th sequence
6+... = 11 11+...=16 ?
16, ____ 26 16+10 will equal your 5th sequence but now I gotta figure out the 4th one now
6+"5" = 11 11+"5"=16 so 16+5 will give you next number, and 26+5 will give you the last
man your an angel man thank you !!!!!
The 12th term of an arithmetic sequence is 36, and the common difference is 3. What is the first term of the sequence? A. 1 B. 2 C. 3 D. 4
use this formula : \(\Large a_n = a_1 +(n-1)d\) plug in d= 3 a_n =36, n =12 only a1 is unknown :)
