Lois Wyse, an American advertising executive, author and columnist once said “Men are taught to apologize for their weaknesses, women for their strengths.” Everyone makes mistakes but being a woman of strength and a man with sensitivity is not one of them. There was a time were women were considered a thing to look at, but never to be heard and men were something to be looked up to without the slightest chance of weakness. It’s like saying a man can’t cry or a woman can’t lead. Men and women are equals in every way.
