\[m = \frac{ y_2-y_1 }{ x_2-x_1 }\]

Use the points of each of the triangles that fall on the line so the points of F and E to find your first slope and then the points of B and C to find your second slope and compare to see if they are reciprocals and opposite in sign.

Your co-ordinates will be in the form (X,Y) so use the graph to find those. to plug into your formula for slope.
