A grid shows the positions of a subway stop and your house. The subway stop is located at (7, -6) and your house is located at (-9, 5). What is the distance, to the nearest unit, between your house and the subway stop?

Ok, we need to start by setting up this line on a graph. Then we make a triangle and solve for the hypotenuse by using the Pythagorean theorem (a^2+b^2=c^2) Here's the line graphed (attached picture) I think you can probably take it from here. Ask if you need any more help. :)
