A sounds silly because passing is part of driving (if done correctly and safely), especially on multiple lane expressways


C sounds wrong as well because you shouldn't drive erratically to stay awake. You should get plenty of rest and get enough food to stay energized. Things like music also helps keep you from falling asleep


B is the only thing left and I agree that passing is part of driving.
