Okay, I'll solve the second one. We have 4/2+7i right? So to get rid of the i in the denominator, we should multiply 2-7i/2-7i to the original equation. This makes it 4(2-7i) / 4+49 Which is 8-28i/53 This is the most you can simplify it.
