A decrease in intracellular calcium levels stored in the sarcoplasmic reticulum would result in which of the following? Answer A. Decreased rate of cross-bridge cycling in skeletal muscle. B. Decreased speed of propagation of the action potential. C. Decreased release of neurotransmitter at the synaptic terminal. D. Increased release of neurotransmitter at the synaptic terminal. E. Decreased force of contraction in skeletal muscle.
I think it is either A, C, or D. bc of lack of calcium?
all i know is that sarcoplasmic reticulum is a specialized SER that regulates the calcium ion concentration in the cytoplasm of striated muscle cells. sorry
@Abhisar
Do u know about E ?
what do you mean?
E will not affect that sarcoplasmic recticulum.

So I'm thinking A here? @Abhisar
think it should be E, but do cross check with others too
I studied this things long ago....so m not sure
do you know anyone else lol @Abhisar
