In the poem "When I was Fair and Young", what does the line "I will so pluck your plumes as you shall say no more" mean.

OpenStudy (doc.brown):

Plume means feathers, like the plumage of a bird. Venus' son was Cupid. It means Cupid, the god of love, the son of the god of beauty, will remove your beauty. As to, meaning so that, you shall say no more "the next sentence".
