A group of students went on a forest trail as part of their project activity. They were given a task of calculating the NPP of a particular forest area they chose. They measured the GPP and the R values for that area as 1987 C/m2/day and 1674 C/m2/day, respectively. What is the NPP of the area that these students selected? NPP = 1830 C/m2/day NPP = 3661 C/m2/day NPP = 313 C/m2/day

@Abhisar

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Do u know what NPP is ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope .

OpenStudy (abhisar):

NPP (Net Primary Production) = GPP(Gross primary prodoction) - R (Carbon Respiration)

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Got it ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope , i dunno what the answer is .

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Calculate it.... O_o NPP = GPP - R

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont have a calculator .

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Type 1987 - 1674 in google :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C !

OpenStudy (abhisar):

:p :p yes
