Triangle X Y Z has vertices X negative one comma two, Y negative four comma one and Z negative three comma three. Match each transformation with the vertices that result after the transformation is applied to Triangle X Y Z. Match Term Definition dilation by a factor of 2 with origin as center of dilation A) X’(-1, -2), Y’(-4,-1), Z’(-3,-3) translation by rule x plus one comma y minus three B) X prime zero comma negative one, Y prime negative three comma negative two, Z prime two comma zero reflection across y C) X prime negative two comma four, Y prime negative eight comma two, Z prime negative six comma six reflection across x D) X’(1,2), Y’(4,1), Z’(3,3)
I can't undrestand Ur question completely but I think my answer is sufficent first: K(x,y)=(2x,2y) dilation by 2 it means multiple to 2(being twice) for example we have(2,-1) as a point dilation by 2 means(4,-2)(multiple 2) X'=(-2,4),Y'=(-8,2),Z'=(-6,6) second: T(x,y)=(x+1,y-3) so we have ===>T'(-1,2)=(0,-1) T'(-4,1)=(-3,-2) T'(-3,3)=(-2,0) third: T''(x,y)=(-x,y) so we have X''=(1,2),Y''=(4,1),Z''=(3,3) fourth: T(x,y)(=(x,-y) so we have X''=(-1,-2),Y''=(-4,-1),Z''=(-3,-3)
