do you know what the SA of a cylinder formula is?
its Surface Area of a Cylinder = 2 pi r 2 + 2 pi r h
the radious is 17.4 so replace R with that. and the pi well be 3.14
then switch the h with 4.4
S.A.=2pi(4.4)(17.4)
